Neuro Linguistisches Programmieren
NLP heisst NeuroLinguistisches Programmieren. Es handelt sich dabei um ein Kommunikationsmodell, das Anfang der 70er Jahre vom Linguisten John Grinder, dem Gestalttherapeuten Richard Bandler und von Robert Dilts entwickelt wurde.
Darin wird beschrieben, auf welchen Ebenen Kommunikation abläuft und welche inneren Prozesse an der Verarbeitung von Informationen beteiligt sind. Innere Bilder, Empfindungen, Gefühle und Innerer Dialog sind aus Sicht des NLP die Puzzlesteine unseres Denkens.
NLP ist ein nützliches Instrument, um zu beschreiben, was in unserer Kommunikation verbal und nonverbal abläuft. Dadurch können Ansätze zur Veränderung gefunden werden.
Ich habe in den 90er Jahren die NLP Practitioner Ausbildung gemacht bei Franz Stoowasser. Danach die Master Ausbildung bei Ed Reese und Chris Hall, beides direkte Schüler von Richard Bandler. Anschließend mehrere Kurse bei Robert Dilts, dem Mitentwickler der Methode zum Thema Identität und Gesundheit, sowie mehrere Kurse zur Hypnotherapie von Milton Erickson, bei Ed Reese und Bob Orchard, beides direkte Schüler von Milton Erickson.
Neuro Linguistic Programming
NLP means Neuro Linguistic Programming. It is a communication model that was developed in the early 1970s by linguist John Grinder, Gestalt therapist Richard Bandler and Robert Dilts. It describes at which levels communication takes place and which internal processes are involved in the processing of information. From the perspective of the NLP, inner images, sensations, feelings and inner dialogue are the puzzle pieces of our thinking. NLP is a useful tool to describe what happens verbally and non-verbally in our communication. In this way, approaches to change can be found. I did the NLP Practitioner training with Franz Stoowasser in the 90s. Then the master training with Ed Reese and Chris Hall, both direct students of Richard Bandler. Then several courses with Robert Dilts, the co-developer of the method for identity and health, and several courses in hypnotherapy from Milton Erickson, with Ed Reese and Bob Orchard, both direct students of Milton Erickson.
